Mr. Rick Carter, (Founding Member) with more than 18 years experience in the Learning & Development profession, retired from UPS in 2007 as the Corporate Training & Development manager. He is an award-winning learning and development professional who has directed the successful efforts across a wide spectrum of responsibilities including studies on generational learning styles, converting instructor-led training to self-paced online training, developing leadership curricula for supervisors to senior executives, linking performance metrics to learning programs, and creating regional training programs. Rick was awarded the Learning Pioneer Award in 2005 by the Masie Learning Consortium and led UPS to its first ever ranking in Training Magazine’s Training Top 125 with a #67 ranking for 2007.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English/Journalism and Secondary Education from the University of Wisconsin.

Ms. Anastasia Koski, (Founding Member) Senior Vice President of Medical Specialties. Ms. Koski has dedicated her life to servicing people in the medical field through her degree as a Registered Nurse. After being surrounded by the medical field her entire childhood, she attended The University of Central Florida right out of high school on a fast track to obtaining her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. During her 4 years in school she was awarded multiple awards focused around her leadership abilities and dedication to the greater Orlando community in nursing community work. Not only did these experience help to grow her as a person they also trained her to become an outstanding professional in the medical community.

After graduating college and quickly obtaining a position as a critical care nurse focusing on acute care patients at Venice Regional Medical Center, Venice Florida. During her time working at the hospital she was selected to work with an executive team to develop a customer service structure for the hospital and other HMA facilities nationwide. The executive team included CEO Melody Trimble who worked closely with Anastasia due to her experience in leadership and nursing background. After 2 year with the company Anastasia took a position with TWE RX HealthCorp utilizing her background in healthcare and leadership to help found and expand the company into new levels of potential markets.

Dr. Paul Rose (Founding member) attended the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center and received his MD degree. While at Downstate Medical Center he did research on T and B cell homing mechanisms. He was selected for an elective at the National Institutes of Health, and a research elective in the Department of Allergy and Immunology at an affiliate of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. After medical school Dr. Rose completed an internship in internal medicine at the University of Connecticut Medical Center

Mr. Robert H. Olivo serves on the national sales advisory board and helps to assist with strategic decisions regarding Sales and Business Development for Rapid Rx Card benefits. Prior to joining us, Mr. Olivo founded his own very successful and promising healthcare consultation firm focusing on medical solutions including pharmaceutical in-office dispensing. He also brings over 15 years of successful innovative sales experience in high end innovative technology sales for Fortune 50 corporations such as Lucent Technologies, Nortel Networks, and Brain LAB. By bringing in valuable sales consultative knowledge and a leading vision on product performance in sensitive applications such as cancer treatment, neurosurgical therapies, and drug delivery solutions for better disease management, Mr. Olivo has become a key element in Rapid Rx’s Card sales and business development success path.
