The laboratory staff is committed to providing a professional environment for each patient during the specimen collection process. All laboratories are FDA approved and certified at both the Federal and State levels.

The Patient Service Centers provide routine adult and pediatric blood and urine specimen collections for diagnostic testing and screening.

All minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

If you are bringing a minor to a Patient Service Center and you are not the legal guardian, you will need to bring a notarized statement signed by a parent or legal guardian authorizing you to give permission for the collection and billing of the tests ordered by the minor's physician.
